About a month ago I got the chance to provide some guest vocals on a cover collaboration for my buddy Mike Squires from Couch Riffs. This video features some AMAZING playing by Dave Sheldon from Exes for Eyes & Annihilator, and “Tiny”Biuso from TSOL and HedPE.

The interesting part about this video series is that Mike wants everyone to record their part in a single take. No overdubs, no editing.

As a perfectionist and a Logic Pro X certified trainer this was a scary proposition.
Luckily, the song he picked for me was one that my band Members Only does all the time.

So after 2 or 3 passes I got the best version and sent it off.
